Follow These Directions:

1. Gather and Organize the items you are selling

The more organized you are, the quicker Drop Off will be!  It would be best if you can order your items by GENDER and SIZE before you start.  Check on “Accepted Items” if you are unsure of what is acceptable.

2. PREPARE your items (Click here for details)

Wash, iron, repair buttons, gather loose pieces of toys and do whatever is necessary to ensure that your items are in excellent condition.  Items will be returned that do not meet our guidelines.

· Hang clothing on appropriately sized plastic hangers.

· For two piece items hang shirt/dress on hanger, safety pin bottoms to the top of the hanger.

 

 

Hanger should look like a question mark when you are looking at the front of the garment. 

3. COMPUTER ENTRY (It’s easy & quick & fun!)

· Gather your clothing in a neat pile beside you at the computer.

· To Register and learn how to enter items click (Register) below which will allow you to signup as a consignor.  You will be asked for your name, address, email and you will choose a password (Write this down.)

 

You will then be asked to complete some “training” screens to assure that we are on the same wavelength regarding quality, pricing and organization.  Once you finish, you will be given a Consignor ID and a Batch number (write these down!!)

 

· Enter your descriptions and prices on the Web

 

Enter a description and price for each of your items.  Do this carefully and accurately.  You will be able to save your work and come back to it later if you would like.

 

· Choose if you would like to DONATE items which do not sell.  You will be able to choose NONE, ALL or select certain items to donate after the sale if they do not sell.

· TAG AND NUMBER your Garments

4. DROP OFF (click here to schedule drop off)

5. PICK UP DAY

 

Pick Up Day is Sunday, August 24th from 6:00 pm  to 7:00 pm.  This is very important since we can’t store your items.  ALL ITEMS LEFT AFTER PICK UP WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY, SINCE WE HAVE TO BE OUT OF THE FACILITY. (No exceptions!)

 

Mary and Michelle will not be able to answer our cell phone during pickup.

 

The process is simple once you become familiar with it!

 

Also remember, consignors may shop early, if you consign 20 or more items. 

 

New This Sale:

Print your own tags from home!!  Please follow all directions very carefully.  Tags must be printed on a color printer and must be on white or cream card stock.  They will print 8 to a page.  Once you have completed your batch, click “print cards” the directions will appear on the left hand side.  Please be sure each printed page prints exactly as it appears on your screen. (barcodes, colors, etc.)  This will make for a much quicker drop off.
