VOLUNTEERING: |
|
A sale of this magnitude absolutely cannot run smoothly without the help of many great volunteers. If you would like to volunteer to work a shift, you will benefit from the worker presale shopping.
There are a variety of volunteer opportunities before, during and after the sale.
The success of our sale will depend on you, our consignors and workers. If you are interested in working a three, six or nine hour shift during the sale, you will be invited to our Worker’s Pre-Sale Event. The nine hour shift may be divided into 3, 3 hour intervals.
On Aug. 19th and 20th volunteers shopping hours will be as follows: · 9 hour volunteers may begin shopping Aug 19th, 5 pm to 8 pm · 6 hour volunteers may begin shopping Aug 20th, at 9 am · 3 hour volunteers may begin shopping Aug 20th, at 10:30 am
Anyone volunteering to help with sorting will be invited to shop one hour early on half price day.
Refer 3 new consignors (with 20 or more items) and they mention your name this qualifies you for a 3 hour work shift.
Please note you are responsible for any shift you sign up for. If you find you are unable to work your shift you will be responsible for finding a replacement. If you fail to do this you will be unable to volunteer in future sales.
